My client, an international, e-commerce, beauty company, is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to support their product development team in San Francisco! Come design outstanding web and mobile interfaces for their new and existing products. 

As a User Experience Designer, you will play an instrumental role in the end to end process for web, mobile and instore experience. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Create Site Maps, Flow Diagrams, User Scenarios, Wireframes and other design documentation to facilitate understanding of the design intent. 
  • Facilitate design sketch sessions to generate a wide range of ideas and support shared understanding. 
  • Translate user needs, style guides, and requirements into elegant information structures and solutions for complex design problems. 
  • Understand and analyze requirements, functional flow and wireframes to create an underlying visual language and theme for applications. 
  • Plan and present research findings, strategy & design concepts to key partners from product, technology and business. 
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making. 
  • Build empathy and be an advocate for our client through user-centered research and design. 

Requirements: 
  • 5 plus years of relevant work experience as an end to end UX designer for web application, mobile application and tablet applications. 
  • Strong portfolio of UX design that demonstrates expertise working on complex ecommerce applications and social platforms for web, mobile, and in-store experiences.. 
  • Fluency in Axure, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle or wireframing and prototyping tools to demonstrate design intent and communicate with key partners. 
  • Working experience at a large ecommerce retailer a strong plus. 
  • UI design experience a plus
